Shortage, Claims, or Returns
Please check the shipments upon receipt and report any shipping damage to shipping company. Report any shortages to us at 618-793-2744
To return NEW, UNUSED, or DEFECTIVE mechandise within 30 days, you must call 618-793-2744 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to get a return authorization and instructions for return. All returns MUST be in new condition and will have a 10% restocking fee. (Excluding warranty items)
